Why organize the BCPC ?

The BCPC is organized to:
- Ensure the survival, development, protection & participation of children and youth at the barangay or the community level.
- have an organized, effective and responsive community-based structure that will promote & guarantee the welfare,safety,health,good moral environment & wholesome development of children & youth in every barangay.
